Associate Product Manager

Betterhomes is currently undergoing a digital transformation journey and we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Manager to manage our products, including mobile apps, AI projects, and more, and handle product operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in product management and be part of a new team in a growing industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Manager in developing and implementing product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements, design product features, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including product roadmaps, feature lists, and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Assist in the development of product marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Provide support to the Product Manager in managing product budgets and timelines.
• Possess minimum technical knowledge since the job has technical aspects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management or product operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UX principles, user research, and collaboration with designers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly products.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
