Conveyance Officer

Clarity, a Betterhomes Group Company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyance Officer to join our team. As a Conveyance Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing a quality, tailored, and supportive conveyancing service between our company and our clients. 

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient transfer of property ownership, while actively seeking out and developing new business along with efficiently dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction. The successful candidate will be able develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments and understand the property transaction in detail. Other accountabilities include, but are not limited to:  
 

Responsibilities

• Review all Seller’s documents to ensure legal ownership of property
• Ensure there are no encumbrances which may prevent the sale of property
• Review all Buyer’s documentation as Buyer may be a corporate entity
• Maintaining records and communications for transactions.
• Liaise with 3^rd parties for example 3^rd party brokers, RERA, Banks, Developers, Company registered agents if applicable and Registration offices.
• Efficiently attend to the regulatory requirements
• Provide timely and accurate feedback during the conveyance period and ensuring all pre-transfer tasks are completed
• Hold client’s funds in our client account and create financial settlement statement
• Request payments from Better Homes Accounts team for payments on behalf of Buyer or Seller
• Accompany clients for NOC and on transfer day
• Arrange  legal Arabic translations of documents if required
• Arrange Power of Attorney for clients which may require attestation at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE property industry.
• Proficient and organized individual.
• Knowledge with rules and regulations of real estate industry in UAE
• Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a UAE driving license.
