Our team of dedicated professionals has an extensive knowledge of the local market and we are currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our organization. If you are interested in joining a fast-growing company in one of the hottest real estate markets in the world, we love to hear from you!

At Betterhomes we provide the tools and support needed for a long and rewarding career to all who have their sights set on success.

During your first 4 weeks, you will be:

  • Kicking off your induction with our industry-leading training.
  • Getting to know all the ins and outs of the organization, line managers and roles you will be recruiting for.
  • Improving your understanding of the ideal candidate profile by processing the inbound flow of candidates.
  • Getting the opportunity to get your first hire(s) in!

In the following months you will be:

  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies and other platforms
  • Starting to source candidates through different channels and building your own candidate pipeline
  • Getting involved in Recruitment Marketing and running recruitment campaigns
  • Attending additional training to further develop your skills.
  • Keeping up to date with the residential property market

After 1 year in the company you will get the opportunity to:

  • Develop yourself into a Senior Recruiter: after consistently hitting your targets. 
  • Be part of the mentoring and coaching program for new team members, allowing you to build and improve your leadership skills.
