Head of Talent Acquisition

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Betterhomes by strategically managing our talent acquisition process. You will lead a team of recruiters, design and implement recruitment strategies, and ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with our company's values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of recruiters, while overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
• Continuously optimize and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with marketing and other key stakeholders to develop and enhance our employer branding, ensuring our individual brand identities are not compromised.
• Ensure the onboarding journey of new brokers is seamless, reducing drop-off and creating a positive perception for new joiners.
• Work with the training department, HR and sales leaders to devise clear career pathways for all staff ensuring great team members are able to fulfill their career ambitions within the Group. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience. Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to meet business objectives.
