This role is pivotal in scaling our off-plan business by securing and selling exclusive off-plan projects while managing the sales, pricing, and launch strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Exclusive Project Acquisition: Identify and win exclusive off-plan development projects by establishing and maintaining relationships with developers, ensuring Betterhomes secures prime properties.
- Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for each exclusive project, ensuring maximum market penetration, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
- Pricing Strategy: Set competitive and compelling pricing strategies for off-plan developments, taking into consideration market trends, competitor analysis, and project-specific factors.
- Project Launch: Plan and execute successful launch events and marketing campaigns to create buzz and generate interest among potential buyers and investors.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals dedicated to selling the exclusive off-plan developments, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Client Consultation: Engage with high-net-worth clients, investors, and potential buyers, providing detailed information about the exclusive projects and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both buyers and developers.
- Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the accurate completion of all documentation and ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's success.
- Market Research: Stay informed of market trends, real estate laws, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions and provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in real estate sales, with a focus on securing and selling off-plan developments
- Extensive knowledge of the Dubai and/or international luxury real estate market, including market trends and developer projects.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive attitude.
