"With a background primarily in finance, Mohammed obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance from Australia. His career journey began as an Assistant Finance Manager, and over the last 8 years, he has served as a Feasibility and Investment Analysis Manager. In this role, he evaluated numerous real estate projects, calculated investment returns, projected future incomes and asset values, and conducted evaluations for properties requiring bank financing and leverage.

Mohammed's duties included analyzing diverse properties such as hotels, serviced apartments, and commercial buildings. He also handled fee negotiations, structured profitable arrangements, and managed agreements and clauses with owners.

In September 2023, he joined Betterhomes as a broker due to his passion for real estate and the industry's promising future. Since then, he has found fulfilment in his work and is dedicated to expanding his network and advancing his career in this dynamic field."
