As Head of Finance at Betterhomes, Kapil oversees all accounting and financial operations across the Group Companies. He is responsible for ensuring financial health and agility in the business while partnering with commercial leadership on delivering strategic objectives and risk mitigation through corporate governance and compliance. Kapil started his career with KPMG, Dubai in 2007 within Assurance and Advisory practice. With over 12 years of regional experience, he served several finance leadership roles within FMCG and F&B industry, before joining Betterhomes. Kapil holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
